I'm 14 years old, and I love baking. I work with Swiss chocolate, simple ingredients, and a lot of patience to create treats that are rich, balanced, and made to be enjoyed slowly.
From chocolate-coated almonds to lava cakes, brownies, and cookies β€” everything I make is handmade, in small batches, with attention to detail. Each piece is crafted with care, using techniques I've learned and refined over time. I believe that great desserts don't need to be complicated β€” they just need to be made thoughtfully.

My Journey
I started baking at home out of curiosity at the age of 8 β€” and very quickly, it became my favourite way to express myself. What began as following recipes and learning the basics turned into something much deeper: experimenting with flavors, refining techniques, and discovering how small changes in chocolate quality, temperature, and timing can completely transform a dessert.
Over time, baking stopped being "just fun" and became something I genuinely care about doing well. It's not just about making something sweet β€” it's about understanding why certain combinations work, how textures develop, and what makes a dessert memorable.
Living in Switzerland inspired me to work with exceptional chocolate and focus on quality rather than quantity. I believe desserts should feel special, not rushed β€” and that's exactly how I approach every recipe. Each batch is an opportunity to improve, to learn something new, and to create something worth savoring.

I focus on a small, carefully curated selection of baked goods, each one done properly. Instead of trying to offer everything, I've chosen to master a few items that showcase what I love most about baking: the interplay of texture, the depth of real chocolate, and the satisfaction of getting every detail just right.

Carefully roasted to bring out their natural sweetness, then evenly coated in premium Swiss chocolate. The balance is crucial β€” not too sweet, not too heavy. Each almond has a satisfying snap followed by a smooth, rich coating that melts gradually.

Chocolate Lava Cakes
Soft, delicate exteriors give way to a warm, flowing chocolate center. The timing is everything β€” a few seconds too long and the magic disappears. These are made to order, ensuring that perfect moment when you break through the cake.

Rich, intensely chocolatey, and perfectly fudgy. Made with real chocolate β€” not cocoa powder shortcuts β€” and baked to achieve that ideal texture: slightly crisp on top, dense and moist throughout. These brownies have depth and complexity that comes from quality ingredients.
I don't try to make everything β€” I try to make a few things really well. Each item in this collection represents countless batches, adjustments, and lessons learned. Quality always wins over quantity.

I work exclusively with Swiss chocolate because the difference is unmistakable. The smooth texture, balanced sweetness, and depth of flavor elevate every recipe. When your main ingredient is chocolate, using the best quality isn't optional β€” it's essential.
Simple, honest ingredients
Butter, eggs, flour, sugar, chocolate. No artificial flavors, no preservatives, no fillers. I believe you should be able to recognize and pronounce every ingredient in what you're eating.
Handmade, small batches
Everything is made by hand in small quantities. This ensures consistency and freshness, and it allows me to carefully monitor each step of the process. Small batches mean I can give each item the attention it deserves.

The perfect brownie isn't just about taste β€” it's about the way it feels in your mouth, how the flavors develop, and that final impression it leaves. I consider every dimension of the experience.
